Tom Wilscam is the Managing Director of Serve The City Paris. Since Tom started in 2017, over 4,000 volunteers with a diverse range of nationalities have engaged in humanitarian programs focused on social cohesion, social impact, and solidarity for the marginalized who live in Paris. Tom also started a 1901 association in Paris called Venture Académie, dedicated to helping refugee entrepreneurs start their own businesses. Venture Académie created the business plan for the U.S. National Refugee Welcome Center in Philadelphia, as well as a training program to help new refugees and asylum seekers find employment in France. Previously, Tom was an executive at HOMMAGE, Oracle, and Click Software.
